Job Title : HCM Integration Specialist

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid Mode)

Experience : 7-10 Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced HCM Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and advanced reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BIP (BI Publisher), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, SOAP and REST web services, and Data Load processes. This role requires a deep understanding of HCM integrations, implementation, and report development to support seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement complex reports using BIP and OTBI for Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management modules.
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts and create Fast Formulas to meet business requirements.
Manage integrations using SOAP and REST APIs, ensuring data accuracy and security.
Handle bulk data processing and uploads using Data Load tools.
Lead or support end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and integration activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations and reporting.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
Ensure compliance with best practices and Oracle standards in all integration and reporting tasks.

Required Skills & Experience :

7-10 years of experience working as an Oracle HCM Integration Specialist or in a similar role.

Strong hands-on experience with BIP and OTBI report development.

Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management modules.

Experience in building and maintaining HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas.

Proficient in developing integrations using SOAP and REST web services.

Experience with Data Load processes and tools.

Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and implementation best practices.

Ability to work in a hybrid mode from Bangalore office with flexibility.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Immediate to 30 days notice period preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.

Prior experience in full-cycle HCM Cloud implementations.
