E-commerce Reporting Assistant

Location : Remote (Working hours : 9AM–5PM EST)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Product Listings & Performance Monitoring Support Specialist to join our e-commerce team. This is a full-time remote role with consistent daily responsibilities focused on maintaining and optimizing product listings across online marketplaces.

The ideal candidate has prior experience with marketplaces like Amazon, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform daily reporting and quality checks independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily BSR Reports – Run and review daily Best Seller Rank (BSR) reports to monitor listing performance.
• BSR Screenshot Reporting – Assist in capturing and organizing daily BSR screenshots (in collaboration with another team member).
• Out-of-Stock Monitoring – Track and report out-of-stock products daily.
• Lightning Deal Monitoring – Support the team by verifying badges and performance on active Lightning Deals.
• Daily Listing Audits – At the start and end of each day, check the accuracy of :
• Product tags and categories
• Images and swatches
• Titles, bullet points, and descriptions
• Prices and Buy Box presence
• A+ content, BSR spikes, and category nodes
