Job description3+ years of hands-on experience in UI / UX design or Product Design. Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful web and mobile app designs. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and design systems. Experience working with developers and understanding of basic front-end capabilities (HTML / CSS knowledge is a plus). Excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving ability. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with motion design or micro-interactions. Knowledge of UX research, A / B testing, or user analytics tools. Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced creative environment. Work on diverse and exciting digital products. Role Description : We're looking for a
Senior Creative Designer (UI / UX)
who can blend creativity with functionality to design intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning digital experiences. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — product, marketing, and development — to turn ideas into impactful designs that enhance user satisfaction and business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications — from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Create clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand identity.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools / technologies.
