Marketing Executive

A Marketing Executive for loans drives business growth by promoting personal, home, or business loan products, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients. They typically require 1–3 years of experience in Banking/FinTech, strong communication skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify, cultivate, and onboard new clients through direct outreach, referrals, and channel partners (e.g., CAs).
• Marketing Campaigns: Execute marketing campaigns to promote loan products, using digital and offline strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and enhance satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
• Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine marketing and sales strategies.
• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1-3 years in sales/marketing, preferably within the financial services/banking sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
