Role Overview :

We are seeking a Workday Reporting and Dashboard Specialist to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence. This role requires an analytics expert capable of managing the full data lifecycle-from Prism data ingestion to the design of complex composite reports and executive dashboards-supporting high-level HR and Finance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Complex Report Design : Architect and build sophisticated Matrix, Composite, and Trending reports, utilizing BIRT layouts where necessary for pixel-perfect output.

- Prism Analytics : Manage the end-to-end Workday Prism capability, including data ingestion, transformation stages, and publishing blended datasets for reporting.

- Executive Visualization : Design and configure dynamic Dashboards and Scorecards to provide C-suite leaders with real-time, visualized insights.

- Data Logic : Develop intricate Calculated Fields and leverage deep knowledge of Workday Business Objects to solve unique business requirements.

- Performance Tuning : Act as Tier 3 support for reporting infrastructure, resolving data discrepancies, troubleshooting failures, and optimizing report run-times.

Key Requirements :

- Experience : 4+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting & Analytics experience.

- Specialized Tech : Proven mastery of Workday Prism Analytics, Composite Reports, and BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools).

- Data Architecture : Deep understanding of Workday Data Sources, Business Objects, and Security Models.

- Autonomy : Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently to resolve complex data challenges.
