Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, developing and maintaining client relationships, facilitating product sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, presenting product benefits, supporting sales efforts with technical expertise, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for diverse applications.
Qualifications
Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
Experience in Sales, including client relationship management
Ability to understand and present technical product details effectively
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage
