User Experience Specialist

Job descriptionExpertise in UI / UX tools – Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Strong knowledge of responsive design, interaction principles, and design systems. Experience with user testing, prototyping, and information architecture. Ability to convert concepts into interactive designs. Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end digital experiences across various products.
- Conduct user research, define personas, and build journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive flows using Figma or Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver designs.
- Maintain design systems, components, and style guides for consistency.
- Translate business requirements into simple, elegant UI solutions.
- Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs for better engagement.
- Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
