About Litmus Ink :

Litmus Ink is a creative communications agency that blends design, communication, and technology to help organizations think and operate more effectively. We work across diverse domains, partnering with global corporates (MakeMyTrip, PwC, NIIT), development sector organizations (Government of India, Oxford Policy Management), academic institutions (Ashoka University and DY Patil), and emerging startups (Kamal Kisan, Boxpfa, ZooFresh, and others).

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring Support

  • Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal referrals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain applicant tracking sheets and recruitment dashboards.
  • Conduct initial screening calls when needed.
  • Support onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation setup, and induction coordination.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, and documentation.
  • Support attendance tracking, leave management, and policy compliance.
  • Coordinate policy formulations, training sessions, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
  • Administration & Office Management

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as handling office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Support documentation filing, data entry, and general office correspondence.
  • Help ensure the office environment is organized, efficient, and professional.
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with problem-solving mindset.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Role : Full-time (In-Office)

    Location : Okhla, Phas-3, Delhi and Phase 2, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon

    Compensation : Competitive for 0-2 years of experience
