Head of Marketing & Sales
with 6-10
years of proven experience
to lead our next phase of growth.
This full-time, on-site leadership role involves developing and executing
marketing and sales strategies , building and mentoring teams, driving brand visibility, and achieving strong market performance. The ideal candidate brings
strategic insight, real estate expertise, and a results-driven approach
to scaling business operations.
Qualifications :
6–10 years of experience in Marketing & Sales (real estate preferred)with at least two luxury or villa project handled.
Strong background in
Market Planning, Research, and PR
Proven track record in
Sales Leadership and Revenue Growth
Excellent
communication, client relationship, and team management
skills
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
