Role Summary

Electrical Design Engineer with strong experience in LV/MV hardware design for industrial and OEM projects. Hands-on exposure to EPLAN-based electrical schematics, MATLAB and PLC simulations, cable sizing, and control panel design, supporting end-to-end product and project engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop LV/MV electrical hardware for industrial and OEM applications
• Prepare electrical schematics, GA drawings, SLDs, and BOMs using EPLAN
• Perform cable sizing and electrical calculations as per IEC/IEEE standards
• Design control panels including component selection and layout
• Support MATLAB-based simulations and PLC simulation/logic validation
• Coordinate with manufacturing, testing, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with customer, safety, and quality standards
• Provide technical documentation and engineering support throughout the project lifecycle
  

Key Skills & Tools

• Design Tools: EPLAN
• Simulation: MATLAB, PLC simulation tools
• Engineering: Cable sizing, control panel design, LV/MV hardware engineering
• Standards: IEC, IEEE (knowledge preferred)
• Domain: Industrial equipment, OEM engineering, project-based execution
  

Preferred Background

• Experience in engineering services organizations (Quest Global–type environment)
• Exposure to OEM / industrial electrical systems
• Ability to work in customer-facing and multi-project environments
