About the Role
We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive RFE Writers to join our team. In this role, you will support our US-based staffing, background verification, and related business processes by drafting, reviewing, and responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other compliance-related documentation. This position is fully remote, but requires working night shifts aligned with US hours .
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and finalize RFE responses in clear, professional language.
- Collaborate with recruiters, HR, compliance, and legal teams to gather required documents and supporting evidence.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in all submissions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US staffing, immigration, and background verification requirements.
- Track and manage deadlines to ensure timely delivery of RFE responses.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive information.
