Job descriptionLiaise with insurers, workshops, surveyors, OEM teams, and customers for seamless claim processing. Ensure timely follow-ups for approvals and settlements. Conduct periodic reviews with insurers and workshops, track KPIs, and implement improvements. Maintain accurate claim data and dashboards. Prepare and present periodic claim performance reports. Train workshops, dealer staff, and internal teams on claim processes and documentation. Coordinate with IT / operations for system integration and data validation. Manage garage codes, loss codes, and rectify data discrepancies. Manage complex or disputed claims and facilitate fair resolutions. Identify gaps and recommend enhancements to improve claims efficiency. Graduate / Postgraduate in Insurance, Automobile Engineering, or related field. 8–12 years of motor claims experience (preferably OEM / Broking). Strong knowledge of OEM processes, IRDAI guidelines, and garage operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficient in Excel and claim management systems. Willingness to travel across the zone.

Role Overview
Responsible for managing end-to-end motor claims for OEM business across the West zone, ensuring smooth coordination with all stakeholders, timely settlements, and continuous process improvement.
