Industry Preference : EPC, Solar, Construction, Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for all company requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Finalize purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, production, and inventory teams to plan material requirements.
• Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supplier performance regularly.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and conduct vendor audits when required.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical purchasing practices.
• Track and manage procurement budgets, cost savings, and price master data.
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality problems, or vendor disputes.
• Maintain proper documentation of procurement records, contracts, and price lists.
• Prepare and submit purchase MIS reports for management review.
• Identify new suppliers and develop alternative sourcing options to reduce risk.
• Work closely with finance to ensure timely bill clearance and budget alignment.
• Oversee the procurement team, assign tasks, and ensure performance and process discipline.
