GrowExx - Senior Manager - Recruitment

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and lead the full-cycle recruitment process across business units, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute scalable talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans.
• Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team, including setting clear KPIs and mentoring recruiters.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.
• Ensure a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment efforts.
• Optimize sourcing strategies across channels (portals, social media, referrals, agencies, etc.
• Leverage data and recruitment metrics to track performance and improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Lead strategic hiring initiatives such as leadership hiring, campus programs, and niche skill recruitment.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies related to hiring and data privacy.
