Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to :
• IT Service Management (ITSM) : Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Level Management.
• Configuration Management Database (CMDB) : Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB health, and data integrity.
• Security Operations (SecOps) : Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence.
• Integrated Risk Management (IRM) : Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Audit Management.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, and Integrations.
• Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using various methods such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Perform system administration tasks, including user and group management, access control, and platform upgrades.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
