Don Miller is a fast-growing men’s accessories brand backed by a 27+ year-old company with 1,950+ employees. While the parent group has deep roots in the global accessories industry, Don Miller is our bold new venture for the modern Indian consumer. We’re already available online (our website, Amazon) and expanding offline with kiosks.

We’re looking for a creative content creator who can blend strong visual storytelling with sharp execution to take our digital presence to the next level. This role will be responsible for creating content that fuels our Instagram presence, performance marketing campaigns and ecommerce sales. If you are someone who can pick up a camera, shoot compelling visuals, edit videos for social, and keep up with content trends — while also ensuring our product catalog looks world-class — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (80%)

• Develop high-quality short-form video, reels, stories, and ad creatives for Instagram and paid performance campaigns.
• Translate social and cultural trends into content ideas that align with the Don Miller brand voice.
• Bring independent ideas while also working with cross-functional teams for campaign directions.
• Experiment with new tools, formats, and styles to keep Don Miller’s brand presence fresh and competitive.
• Work closely with the design team and performance marketing partners to align creatives with campaign objectives.
• Use AI-powered creative tools, editing software, and quick production hacks to scale and experiment with content formats.
