Job description

Proposing and implementing systems enhancements -

Monitoring usage and performance, and troubleshooting mainframe system -

Evaluating complexity and feasibility of new or changed system configurations -

Working closely with the SME of Batch, Online, DB and Storage to avoid production incidents -

Running, planning and creating reports to observe potential bottlenecks in system performance and capacity - Analyzing outages and defective states, Initiating and monitoring measures to remedy them
