Job Role

As an Health & Performance Consultant at HaSel Group of Companies, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities for both HB+ and HOP services. You will build and nurture client relationships, support marketing campaigns, and help drive membership growth. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand presence and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive membership sales through consultative selling, facility tours, and enrollment processes to meet goals.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies including community outreach, referral programs.
• Manage sales pipeline, track conversion rates, and maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) records.
• Organize and execute promotional events, open houses, and community fitness challenges to drive new member acquisition
