Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Interior Draughtsman to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality detailed drawings and construction documents for interior fit-outs, high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects. You will work closely with designers, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure precision, coordination, and adherence to project standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare detailed interior drawings including plans, sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), furniture layouts, joinery details, and material specifications.

Translate conceptual sketches and design briefs into comprehensive working drawings.

Ensure accuracy and technical compliance of all drawings with local codes, regulations, and design standards.

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP Engineers ,consultants, and vendors for design intent and site requirements.

Review and update drawings based on feedback, site changes, and consultant inputs.

Maintain drawing documentation and version control across multiple projects.

Conduct periodic site visits (if required) for measurement verification and implementation checks.

Manage junior draughtsmen and guide their work when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Drafting or equivalent.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop and Adobe Suite is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of construction techniques, interior detailing, and materials.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and coordination ability.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
