Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the regional market to drive growth and achieve sales targetPlanning & achieving sales targets through a team of Location / Area ManagersHigher Login to Approval Ratio. Preparing and designing of steps to develop salesManage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize their performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionConduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive dynamicsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners in the regionTrack and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize resultsWork closely with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiativesImparting training to new recruits / FOS on product / changes in the product policies, refresher trainings and creating awareness on product and marketUnderstanding of Prime HL, LAP Affordable Home loan product is a must.Ability to develop and manage large team setting up and setting up direct distribution network in regionPrepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred8-12 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the financial services or mortgage industryProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growthStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisionsProficiency in CRM, CelusionCompetencies
