We’re now looking for a Deputy CFO to anchor our global controllership function and ensure financial discipline at scale.

The Role

The Deputy CFO will be the guardian of financial integrity at XBP Global, anchoring global accounting and compliance while enabling business growth. This role is based out of India, where our controllership teams for Americas, Europe, and Asia are centralized, giving it unmatched global visibility and influence.

You will work closely with the CFO and business leaders to ensure our financial reporting is not just accurate but strategically meaningful, enabling better decisions and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Accounting Operations – Lead consolidated reporting, monthly closes, and reconciliations across all regions.
• Compliance & Controls – Ensure adherence to US GAAP, SOX, SEC, and local statutory frameworks.
• Audit & Risk Management – Oversee statutory audits, internal controls, and enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Regulatory Oversight – Manage tax filings, statutory submissions, and compliance across 20 countries.
• Business Partnership – Provide financial insight and support to the CFO and senior leadership to drive growth decisions.
• Process Excellence – Standardize and improve finance processes leveraging automation and digital tools.
