What You Should Know About This Job

We're Hiring : Founding Team Intern - Luxury Brand (0 to 1 Stage)

Location : Hybrid - Bangalore

Duration : Minimum 3 months (With opportunity to extend)

Start Date : Immediate

Internship Type : Stipend-based

We're building a new-age global luxury brand in the fashion and lifestyle space with a sharp focus on design, quality and timeless elegance. As we lay the foundation, we're looking for a high-energy Founding Team Intern who's excited to shape something iconic from the ground up.

What You'll Do :

Work directly with the founders and get a front-row seat to the 0 to 1 journey

Conduct deep research on the global luxury landscape - brands, trends, categories, product evolution, pricing strategies and consumer insights

Help identify and evaluate product categories, materials and manufacturers globally

Get hands-on in co-developing products, working on design inspirations, sampling and possibly even visiting suppliers

Assist with strategy, brand positioning and documentation as we shape the DNA of the brand

Support in creating internal decks, benchmarking reports and moodboards for upcoming collections

What We're Looking For :

Curious and driven individuals (Students or recent grads are welcome!)

Strong research and communication skills

Deep interest in luxury brand companies, their storytelling, product and business approach

Passionate about fashion, design and craftsmanship

Resourceful, self-starter mindset - comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out

Background in fashion, design, branding, marketing is a bonus - but not mandatory
