Raheja Universal is hiring a seasoned BIM Modeller with 10+ years of experience in real estate projects. The role involves creating and managing detailed BIM models for architectural and MEP systems, ensuring design accuracy, coordination, and compliance across high-end residential and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage BIM models for architectural and MEP disciplines using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and engineers to ensure model accuracy and integration.
• Generate construction documentation, clash detection reports, and quantity take-offs.
• Support design reviews, feasibility studies, and project planning through BIM outputs.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with the liaison team to ensure statutory compliance and documentation.
• Maintain version control and model updates throughout the project lifecycle.
