About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a go-getter attitude and proven
experience in SaaS sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of driving revenue
growth, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in building relationships, understanding client needs, and helping them see
the value of our SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for SaaS products.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools.
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and SaaS industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development roles.Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.Preferred Attributes
