With the rise in nuclear families, a Will becomes the single most important legal document to ensure loved ones are taken care of in unforeseen circumstances.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Executive. The Customer Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions related to Will writing services. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, reaching out to potential clients via calls and emails, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role also includes working closely with the marketing and product teams to enhance customer experience and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, especially in customer-focused roles
• Ability to understand and explain complex legal documents in simple terms
• Proficiency in market research and identifying sales opportunities
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work independently
• Prior experience in legal, financial services, or online product sales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
