Job Title: Project Manager – Gas Management & Infrastructure Projects

Experience Required: 10 to 12 Years

Objective

To lead and manage infrastructure projects with a strong focus on gas pipeline systems, semiconductor facility utilities, electrical installations, and supply chain coordination. This role demands technical proficiency, strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for gas pipeline and semiconductor infrastructure projects.

Plan and manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocations.

Prepare and validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and material requirements.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure timely project execution.

Oversee SCM (Supply Chain Management) activities including vendor management, logistics, and inventory control.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry norms.

Review and supervise electrical installations, utility connections, and integration with gas systems.

Act as a liaison between the client, contractors, and internal teams for project updates and reporting.

Maintain documentation, project trackers, and progress reports as per internal SOPs.

Lead site teams, guide junior engineers, and ensure quality checks at every phase.

Monitor risks, delays, and resolve conflicts to keep the project on track.

Key Skills & Competencies

In-depth knowledge of gas distribution systems, semiconductor cleanroom requirements, and utility management.

Proficiency in SCM coordination, BOQ preparation, vendor and contract management.

Strong understanding of electrical engineering works, MEP systems, and safety codes.

Project planning tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field.

PMP Certification or equivalent project management credentials (preferred).

Proven experience managing complex engineering projects.
