An ambitious and energetic B2B Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele for our product QaizenX (get more details here- https : / / www.qaizenx.com) A face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Responsibilities : o Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. o Manage complete sales cycle. o Identify new markets and customer needs, and new Leads and sales pipeline. o Create a Value proposition for the Prospects. o Gather the input from the client and share the inputs with the product team. o Engaging clients and maintaining a relationship with them by being the primary point of contact. o Promote the company's products / services addressing or predicting clients' objectives. o Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. o Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. o Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. o Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Preferred Qualifications & Experience o Exp in SaaS / Enterprise IT Products sales to Businesses (B2B) o Graduate

Post Graduate degree in Sales and Marketing o Experience in creating Digital Marketing Strategy o Excellent communication, organizational, written skills o Ability to work in a team. Deliverables o Increase the top line of the organization. o CSAT
