Hiring : HR Executive – Mangalore (Local Candidates Preferred)
Key Responsibilities :
Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain and update attendance and leave records for employees and consultants
- Handle attendance-related queries and ensure accuracy for payroll inputs
Onboarding & Exit Formalities
Manage end-to-end onboarding and exit processes including documentation, induction, system access, and clearance formalitiesDocument Verification
Verify educational, ID, address, and previous experience documents of new joinersEnsure accurate and timely documentationConsultant Coordination
Coordinate with external consultants, assist in candidate screeningManage documentation and communication related to consultantsPayroll Support
Provide verified attendance, leave, and headcount data to the payroll team for processingAsset Shipment Coordination
Coordinate logistics for laptop / asset shipmentsMaintain updated records of asset issuance and returnRecruiter Performance Tracking
Track and report recruitment team performance using dashboards and trackersEmployee Engagement
Send birthday / anniversary greetings and assist in employee engagement initiativesRequired Experience :
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR support or generalist role
Location Preference :
Candidates currently residing in Mangalore or nearby areas will be given preference
