We are hiring a Sales Officer – Team Leader for a leading financial company. The role involves managing a sales team, driving daily sales activities, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and motivate a team of Sales Officers

Generate leads through field visits, cold calling & referrals

Train and guide team members to improve performance

Build strong customer relationships

Eligibility : Graduation mandatory

Minimum 2+ years of sales or BFSI experience

Strong communication & team-handling skills

Ability to work in field sales environment
