We’re currently looking for an Senior Analyst / / Team Leader / / AM / / Manager - Asset Management and I think you could be a good fit. Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid Model)

Job Overview :

• Advanced Excel proficiency , including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools
• Strong accounting knowledge , with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to :
• Evaluating asset performance vs. budget and historical benchmarks
• Identifying key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements
• Synthesizing findings into actionable insights for the asset management team
• Critical thinker who actively questions assumptions, seeks clarity, and works independently to uncover causes and performance drivers with the help of operations and accounting
• Clear communicator who can relay financial insights and operational observations to the team lead in a structured and concise manner
• Project management skills , including :
• Ability to coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and track progress across multiple projects and deadlines
• Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Collaborative attitude , comfortable working cross-functionally with property managers, leasing teams, finance, and ownership
• Experience with Yardi / StarRez, is a plus
