Job Description :

Lead and scale multi-channel outbound programs (Email, , and occasionally Calling) for clients, ensuring high-quality pipeline generation, strong strategic direction, and an exceptional client experience.

Job Responsibilities :

• Build and lead strategic outbound growth plans for clients across Email, , and calling (when required)
• Act as the primary client-facing strategist for all outbound programs
• Own end-to-end campaign performance—including messaging, execution, optimization, and reporting
• Analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve results
• Manage and resolve client escalations with clarity, maturity, and solution-focused communication
• Mentor and guide junior SDRs / Email Specialists to enhance quality, productivity, and campaign output
