Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Share client job requirements with vendor partners through approved channels.
  • Coordinate and follow up with vendors to ensure timely candidate submissions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners.
  • Track submissions and maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on role status and vendor performance.
  • Support process improvements in vendor coordination and recruitment operations.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, vendor management, or alliances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Suite for reporting and tracking.
