Roles & Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the GP to ensure efficient office operationsProviding administrative support to ManagersPreparing and managing correspondence, documents, reports and presentationsSchedule meetings and coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup and cateringCoordinating travel arrangements with AdminPreparing Business PresentationsPlanning and executing team building events and project celebrationsCoordinating tokens of appreciation like project gifts and department souvenirsCoordinating key training schedulesCollaborating with all organizational and administrative teams of the company to plan and execute visits by international colleaguesWork closely with other administrative staff and support other colleagues as neededInput and update information in databases and spreadsheetsMaintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive informationManaging digital filing systemsWe extend an invitation to you to become part of this exciting journey.
