Job description

We are an international IT startup in the iGaming industry, and we are looking for an HR specialist from India with proven experience in gambling / iGaming.

Responsibilities :

Search and recruitment of Affiliate Managers , Payment Managers , and Retention Managers .
Working across all social networks and platforms (Telegram, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
Collecting CVs and handling initial communication with candidates.
Providing us with candidates who are responsive and ready for an interview.

Not required :

Conducting interviews — we handle the entire interview process ourselves.

Compensation :

Pay-per-candidate — for each candidate with whom an interview is successfully scheduled,

or a full fixed salary — whichever is more convenient for you.

We can provide access, databases, and all necessary tools for sourcing.

Fast communication and a transparent payment process.

Requirements :

Proven experience in iGaming / gambling recruitment.

Strong sourcing and communication skills.

Understanding of affiliate, payment, and retention roles.
