SAP Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant to join our dynamic SAP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining custom SAP programs using ABAP language. Your focus will be on supporting various SAP modules and ensuring system integrity and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP solutions based on functional requirements

Collaborate with SAP functional consultants to define technical requirements

Create reports, forms (SAPScript / SmartForms / Adobe Forms), module pool programs, and enhancements (User Exits / BADIs)

Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SAP modules

Follow best practices in ABAP development and SAP programming guidelines

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

2+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development

Hands-on experience with ALE / IDOC, BAPI, BADI, and performance tuning

Strong understanding of SAP modules like MM, SD, FI, or HCM

SAP ABAP certification is preferred

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze business requirements and configure SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY, TM, etc.)

Design and implement end-to-end SAP HCM solutions

Support payroll processing, time management, personnel administration, and organizational management

Handle SAP HR system maintenance, upgrades, and customizations

Provide training and support to end users

Liaise with ABAP developers for custom reports or enhancements

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field

3+ years of SAP HCM implementation / support experience

Strong knowledge of core SAP HCM modules : PA, OM, PY, TM

Experience in handling integrations with third-party HR systems

SAP HCM certification is strongly preferred

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
