Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration / engineering / technology, or a related field.

• Certification : PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory
• Experience : 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or similar environment.
• Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of Global Capability Center functions.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview, JIRA, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Soft Skills : Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global team environment.
