Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Relationship Manager – Sales to join our team at Gachibowli . In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and driving business growth . You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer experience from the initial interaction to final delivery.

The role involves converting leads into sales , coordinating with design and project teams, and ensuring seamless execution of client requirements.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or customer service .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple clients / projects and deliver within timelines.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle client concerns effectively.
• Exposure to the interior design, real estate, or home furnishing industry is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English and local languages.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Drive sales conversions by engaging with walk-in customers and handling incoming leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
