We’re hiring a People & Talent Associate with 1–3 years of experience in HR / recruitment, ideally in a D2C, startup, or agency setup.
This is a junior–mid level role , perfect for someone who has worked as an HR Executive / Recruiter and now wants more ownership across hiring, people operations, and basic HR systems .
⚠️ If you have 5+ years of experience or are looking for a Manager / Head title, this role will feel too junior for you.

DIRTS is a fast-growing D2C wellness and lifestyle brand under Apex Advertisers , building innovative, non-invasive products like Foot Alignment Socks, Barefoot Socks, TENS massagers , and more.
We’re a small, fast-moving team (video editors, script writers, callers, operations, marketing) and now looking for someone to own HR, hiring, and basic people operations from our office in Sector 63, Noida .
What You’ll Own
1️⃣ Talent Sourcing & Hiring
- Source candidates for roles like Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Photographer / Cinematographer, Performance Media Buyer, Marketplace Manager, Calling / Operations roles , etc.
- Use multiple channels : LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, referrals, job boards, campuses, and social media .
- Screen resumes, conduct first-round HR calls, and coordinate further interviews with the founder / team leads.
- Manage Google Forms & Sheets for candidate database, stages, and evaluations.
2️⃣ HR & People Operations
Help with offer letters, basic HR documentation, onboarding checklists, and joining formalities .Maintain records for attendance, leaves, probation, confirmations , etc.Coordinate with management on role clarity, updates, and follow-ups .3️⃣ LinkedIn & Employer Branding
Maintain and grow the DIRTS LinkedIn Company Page .Post hiring updates, company culture, achievements, team highlights , etc.Help position DIRTS as a great place to work for creative and marketing talent.4️⃣ Tools & Systems (ClickUp + Slack)
Use ClickUp to track tasks related to hiring, onboarding, and HR processes.Use Slack (or similar tools) for team communication and updates.Keep everything documented and organised for future scaling.You’re a Great Fit if You :
Have 1–3 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / People Ops .Have worked in a startup / D2C brand / agency / creative environment (preferred).Are comfortable with on-site work in Sector 70, Noida .Enjoy talking to people, understanding roles, and matching the right candidates .Are organised with Google Sheets, Google Forms, and basic documentation .Have used or are willing to quickly learn tools like ClickUp & Slack .Are proactive, reliable, and like taking ownership instead of just following instructions.Why Work With DIRTS
