Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) from the branch's catchment area through field visits and referrals
- Source high-value Recurring Deposit (RD) and Fixed Deposit (FD) accounts from existing and new customers
- Drive activation of newly opened accounts, ensuring early usage of UPI, debit cards, and mobile banking features
- Cross-sell insurance, credit cards, and other third-party financial products
- Participate actively in branch-level events, migration activities, and micro-marketing campaigns to increase visibility and leads
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely service
Requirements
Educational Qualification : Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate degreeExperience : 1 to 3 years in field sales or banking sales rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be proactive, self-motivated, and target-orientedWillingness to work in a field-intensive, fast-paced banking environmentPreferred Attributes
