Work Mode : Hybrid (Work from office, Chennai, 2 days a week to office)

About the role - We’re looking for a GTM Ops Engineer (RevOps Engineer) who can build and scale Securin’s Revenue Operations engine from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage, high-impact team where you’ll drive cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, automation, forecasting, and operational excellence for one of the most critical growth functions in the company.

What You’ll Do

End-to-End RevOps Partnership : Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Operations to design, implement, and continuously improve processes across the entire lead-to-renewal-to delivery journey.

Process & Workflow Design : Map existing GTM workflows, identify gaps, and create new processes for sales, marketing, CS, Operations, and support functions—owning them from design to implementation to ongoing performance measurement.

Automation & Scripting (SQL Must) : Write scripts, build automations, and integrate tools to eliminate manual tasks, streamline data flow, and improve efficiency across the GTM stack.

Forecasting & Revenue Operations : Support forecasting cadences, pipeline health reviews, and renewal workflows—providing data, automation, and process enhancements to improve accuracy and predictability.

Cross-Functional Project Management : Collaborate with multiple GTM stakeholders to launch new systems, processes, and tools, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, CS, and Operations teams.

Tooling & Tech Stack Execution : Partner with RevOps leadership to evaluate, implement, and integrate CRM, marketing automation, CS platforms, and analytics tools for end-to-end GTM visibility.

Reporting & Analytics : Build dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, CS, and Operations to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Operational Playbooks & Documentation : Document new processes, handoffs, and operational workflows—creating repeatable playbooks that scale with the business.

Lead & Customer Lifecycle Optimization : Partner with Marketing, CS and Sales to streamline lead and customer journey workflows—removing friction and improving handoff between pre-sales and post-sales teams.

AI-First Mindset : Leverage AI tools for automation, forecasting, and reporting to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency in RevOps execution.

What We’re Looking For

Experience : 1–3 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Ops, Revenue Ops, or Sales / Marketing / CS Operations with hands-on experience in process building, automation, and analytics.

Note : This role is not suitable for candidates with more than 5 years of experience
