Role and Responsibilities :
- Conducts market visits (own stores and competitors); analyze performance of various products and forecasts the market trends
- Provide range plan to product & design team on the season's requirements
- Range buying at roadshow based on Open-to-buy (OTB) quantity and value for a season as well as the product mix determined based on consumer and market analysis.
- Identify gap in OTB (requirement vs trade show buying), if any & discuss with product & design team for development of gap fill range.
- Prepare & share launch plan with product, design, visual merchandising, planning & marketing team
- Weekly follow up with product team for timely inwards & visual merchandising team for launch
- Weekly tracking of store wise stock fill and release allocations accordingly.
- Prepare timely sell-through report to assess performance and to drive corrective action.
- Track core range performance
- Prepare & analyze quarterly & half yearly performance report
