Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive HR with a strong focus on recruitment operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, while also supporting key HR functions such as onboarding, attendance management, HR Op’s and compliance. This role is ideal for someone looking to specialize in talent acquisition while gaining broad exposure to generalist HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle – from sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews to offer rollouts.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media and referrals.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and track recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, etc.).
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interview rounds with stakeholders.
• Handle candidate communication and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
