Responsibilities may involve supervising biostatisticians, associate biostatisticians, and SAS programmers of all levels, directing their work on clinical research studies. You will provide expert consultation to projects across the organization on statistical methodology, solve complex statistical problems, and provide technical review of proposed statistical designs for research studies.

Additionally, you will serve as the lead biostatistician on one or more study projects, participate in statistical process development and improvement, and present at statistical conferences. You will also provide sound strategic scientific and statistical input to support clients' research projects.

Key responsibilities include leading project teams in the development of study analysis plans and statistical programs to perform analyses and display study data. You will keep abreast with current statistical and medical literature to ensure that sound methodologies are adopted, foster innovation in biostatistics, and ensure the scientific integrity of research projects.

Other responsibilities may include reviewing protocols and case report forms to ensure that protocol objectives are met and standards are maintained. You will develop study assignment allocation schemas along with appropriate documentation, lead the development of methods and results sections of clinical study reports and scientific publications, and represent the organization on behalf of clients at regulatory meetings.

Furthermore, you will participate in the development and updating of standard operating procedures, provide expertise in methodological advances both internally and externally to improve statistical methodologies, and participate in the development and updating of standard operating procedures.
