Role - CPM Process Analyst

Experience - 1-5yrs

Tools- Workday and Salesforce

Key skills required - Creating roles in Workday, Supervisory org changes, Modification of roles in Workday, Compensation Changes etc.

Job Location -Hyderabad

Shift- 3PM-12AM / 6 : 30PM- 3 : 30AM (Both ways cab)

Mode of work- Hybrid (3days / week)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Excel experience, specifically Vlookups and general formulas / functionality

Workday and Salesforce experience preferred

Understanding and administration of HR Operations

Position management and employee life cycle, including processing of comp changes and one-time payments

Accurately perform day-to-day transactional and administrative processes in support of the assigned HR Shared Services team. Responsible for timely completion of fulfillment activities and customer inquiries.

Meet customer commitments on-time. Ensure KPI customer satisfaction levels remain high from both internal staff and external customers.

Perform scheduled audits related regulatory compliance and policy provisions specific to assigned HR Shared team initiatives and programs.

Responsible for customer focused ongoing communication with current and former employees related to service requests and case management resolution.
