Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Graphic Designer based in Noida, India . The role involves creating visually compelling graphics, developing brand identity systems, and ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication materials. You will be responsible for designing high-converting campaigns, brand assets, and content, where design is treated as a true growth lever, not just “making things look pretty.”
We’re looking for a hands-on, expert Graphic Designer who lives and breathes design , understands marketing fundamentals, and is eager to leverage the full suite of AI-powered design tools to work faster, smarter, and better.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing, writing, and designing high-impact creatives end-to-end :
- Write sharp, persuasive marketing copy
- Translate ideas into visually compelling designs
- Use AI tools to brainstorm, generate, and refine assets
- Create motion graphics for social & digital
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product teams to bring campaigns to life
This is a full-time, on-site role – you’ll be working closely with the team in person.
Key Responsibilities :
Creative & Design
Conceptualize and design digital marketing creatives : social media posts, ad banners, carousels, landing page assets, email graphics, website visuals, presentations, and more.Develop and maintain brand identity systems : brand kit, typography, color systems, icon sets, visual guidelines, and design libraries.Own end-to-end design process : from brief → concept → copy → design → final delivery .Create motion graphics : animated social posts, reels / TikTok style content, explainer animations, ad motion graphics, UI / UX motion mockups, etc.Design creatives optimized for performance marketing (CTR, conversions, engagement) with A / B variations.AI-First Design & Automation
Experienced in using AI-based design and image tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, DALL
E, etc.) to :Generate concepts, visual directions, and moodsProduce and iterate on visual elements and backgroundsSpeed up experimentation and versioningUse AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT-type tools, Notion AI, copy AI tools) to :
Draft and refine marketing copy variantsBrainstorm campaign ideas and headlinesAssist with research and content structuringExplore and implement AI-assisted workflows in :Photoshop (e.g., generative fill, smart object workflows)Illustrator / vector toolsVideo & motion tools (e.g., AI masking, auto-captioning, AI-powered editing)Stay up-to-date with new AI features and tools , and actively bring recommendations for improving Flywheelr’s creative workflow.Copywriting & Creative Strategy
Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy for :
Social media posts & ad creatives, static & motion graphicsLanding page sections (hero messages, CTAs, feature highlights)Understand marketing goals & customer psychology and reflect that in both copy and visuals .Work with marketing / growth teams to translate campaign briefs into creative concepts and explain your creative rationale.Must-Have Skills & Experience :
Core Design Skills
Strong foundation in visual design principles : typography, layout, hierarchy, color theory, grid systems, composition, and negative space.Proven ability to design clean, modern, and on-brand creatives for digital platforms.Ability to take a concept from rough idea to polished final output with minimal supervision.Excellent attention to detail and obsession with quality.Toolset & Software (You should be fluent, not just familiar) :
Adobe Creative Cloud , especially :Photoshop (advanced level – retouching, compositing, mockups, generative features, automation)Illustrator (vector graphics, logo work, icons, illustrations)After Effects / or equivalent for motion graphics (animations, transitions, kinetic typography, social media motions)Canva : Comfortable designing fast-turnaround creatives, able to manage brand kits and team assetsPresentation & layout tools : Figma / Adobe XD / similar tools for web & UI layouts or design systems (good to have, but highly valued).Familiarity with video editing tools (good to have, has an added advantage) : Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve or similar.Copywriting & Marketing Understanding
