Job Overview : Description :

As a Senior Executive – Global Talent & Development, you will design, deliver, and manage impactful learning programs that build workforce capability and drive business outcomes. You will partner with managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify training needs, create engaging content, deliver learning solutions, and measure their effectiveness.

This role is 40% training program management, 50% content design & development, and 10% facilitation.

Experience :

3-5 years of experience.

Out of which 2-3 years’ experience in training department exclusively.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Design & Content Development (50%)

• Design learning programs using ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Adult Learning Principles.
• Develop engaging content : presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, videos, quizzes, and gamified solutions (e.g., Kahoot, Google Classroom).
• Write clear, concise training material and ensure content quality and consistency.
• Training Needs Analysis : Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and align training with organizational goals.
• Conduct assessments, surveys, and data analysis to prioritize learning initiatives.

Training Program Management (40%)

Training Delivery & Facilitation (10%)
