Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product roadmap in alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with developers (Node.js, React.js, Flutter) to build high-quality web and mobile features.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions and new technologies where they add value.
  • Write clear technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and manage delivery using Jira.
  • Actively engage with design, QA, and stakeholders to ensure successful releases.
  • Monitor usage, collect feedback, and drive product improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical product management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Node.js, React.js, and modern web / mobile architecture.
  • Proficient in Jira, Agile methodology, and sprint planning.
  • Experience with market / competitor analysis and product benchmarking.
  • Strong interest or experience in AI integration and automation.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

  • Experience with Flutter or mobile-first product delivery.
  • Background in UI / UX best practices and product experimentation.
  • Startup or scale-up product development experience.
