Manager - CSR Fundraising & Partnerships

The Role : As our CSR Fundraising & Partnerships Manager, your primary responsibility is fundraising, raising multi-year funds and grants from CSR leaders, foundations, and government bodies to scale Mentorias career guidance + employability initiatives for underprivileged students.

This is a role that combines sales, strategy, and nation-building. You will :

• Own the fundraising pipeline (Y1 : 3Cr / 6,000 lives transformed, Y2 : 6Cr / 12,000 lives transformed, Y3 : 10CR+ / 20,000 lives transformed)
• Build high-value partnerships
• Secure funding to deliver real impact across India
