We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst (BA) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering data-driven solutions to help achieve strategic goals.

The BA will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation (BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, etc.)
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, QA, and operations.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process or product improvements.
• Support the development of business cases, project plans, and ROI analysis.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to validate requirements and define scope.
• Assist in system and UAT testing by creating test cases, validating outputs, and tracking issues.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
