We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive( Female ) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in telesales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to to generate sales leads.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Follow up with potent to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Skills and Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in Telesales or a similar role.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil

Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education
